There are three signals for servo motor controls as follows:
1) In-position signal (IN)
Inputs the positioning completion signal of a servo motor driver. The completion of LSI operation is delayed until this signal is input.
2) Deviation counter clear signal (OUT)
Outputs an one-shot signal to clear the deviation counter in a servo motor driver
3) Alarm signal (IN)
Inputs an alarm signal of a servo motor driver. If this signal turns ON during an operation, the operation will stop.
