At the origin position in an origin return operation or end limit positions, it is necessary to stop immediately when the external sensor signal changes to ON.
However, the servomotor with pulse train input is operating with a delay from the accumulated position of pulse trains, therefore, even if the pulse train stops, the operation continues for the delay and cannot stop immediately.
The amount of delay is stored in the deviation counter in a driver.
After stopping the pulse train, the deviation counter is cleared to stop immediately.
So, when an immediate stop is required. the control LSI can output this signal.
